This program is for you if you want to see results from your very first session. We’ll build on this so that by the end of the six weeks you’ll have made a number of tweaks, resulting in a shift in who you are and how you look and feel. Your commitment will see you reach significant goals quickly – all with my full support. This is what you get:

Following your FREE discovery session:

  • 6 in-depth coaching sessions (50 minutes/session: in person or online)
  • Text /email support between sessions to keep you on track
  • Relevant information and recipe suggestions
  • Farmers’ market tour or fridge/cupboard raid (as one or part of a coaching session)
  • Tools to get you starting on your own adventure with food! (recipes, tips and more!)
